I am writing this email to clarify some questions on the capital assessment starting in January 2015.
The capital assessment will be a quarterly assessment as follows:
Golf $136.00
Social $122.00
The summer capital assessment of $200.00, billed $50.00 a month for 4 months, will be discontinued.
This quarterly capital assessment is for debt service and will also contribute to our normal capital fund. This assessment will continue for 5 years.
If anyone would like to pay the quarterly capital assessment in an upfront payment, the amounts are as follows:
Golf $2,500.00
Social $2,250.00
