Proxy in General Membership Packet

This email is to clarify any confusion concerning the proxy in the general membership packet and what will be voted on in the general membership meeting on September 20th, 2014.

As stated on the proxy, the person receiving your proxy will have the authority "to vote for me in my absence, at the Annual Meeting of Wolf Laurel Country Club, Inc on September 20, 2014, on all matters coming before the meeting, other than the election of the Wolf Laurel Country Club Board of Directors."

The vote will be on the proposed renovation of the club house, fitness center,  and golf course and the financing to pay for such renovation. Anyone receiving your proxy will be allowed to vote for you at the general membership meeting on September 20^th, 2014 on any motions presented. Please discuss your views on the subject with the person receiving your proxy.

We hope this clarifies the questions and welcome anyone who is still confused to call the Club or a board member.
