We read with interest the latest Country Club Newsletter (August 2009) and discover in the 'From the President' report that the annual business meeting is scheduled for September 26th. This is in absolute violation of the Bylaws Article II, Section 1 that states: "The election of Directors and the
receiving of appropriate annual reports shall be considerations at the Regular (Annual) Meeting. It
shall be scheduled during the month of September no later than the third (3rd) Saturday."
We shall await notice of a corrected date for this important meeting.
We received our annual meeting package in the mail. The biographical sketches only included two golf members and one social member. May we please have bios on all the nominees?
