The owner is a private individual who has since passed away.
All account access, billing, and renewal information is protected and unavailable by law.
Gaining rights to the name involves legal issues, time limits before transfer, etc. It is being worked on, but may not be swift.
Updated: Domain name, (and thus website), has been reactivated for a temporary grace period.
