Winter Weekends at the Wolf: 2009-2010

Back for another round...

Winter Operations will officially open Friday, Nov. 13 for a Welcome Back Party!

The Winter Program is open to all Wolf Laurel residents, so invite your friends and neighbors.

Fridays’ Format
Will be a traditional “Friday Nighter” where everyone brings an appetizer to share.
Hours: 5:00-9:00. We hope to be open all Fridays and Saturdays throughout the season.

Saturdays' Format
Catered Dinners will be served on Saturday nights, with a minimum of 15 reservations. Except for special occasions, dinners will be priced in the $12-16 range.
Hours: Dinners will be served from 6:00-7:30 p.m. The Lounge will open at 5:00 PM and remain open until 9:00 PM for those dining, or not.

Please make Dinner reservations by 5 p.m. on Thursdays for the following Saturday meal. Leave your reservation on the phone line at 828-680-9771 as this is the only number in operation.

Please include your phone number in case we do not achieve our minimum and have to cancel.

There is a $2.00 cover charge each evening to help defray costs and expenses.

The Winter Operation is self-sustaining and separate from the regular Club billings, and we are unable to accept Member Charges or Credit Cards. Please be prepared to pay by cash or check, payable to “WLCC Winter Ops.”
