Hope you are having a great summer.
This is a request to please, if it is at all possible, for members to help us by making dinner reservations, on any night of the week, not just the big nights.
It isn't predictable, but a couple of times per week, the number of walk ins will more than double the number of reservations. If we have 40 reservations, plan our staff for 50, and have 110 diners, then your experience is less than we would like.
We certainly don't want to have anyone hesitate for spur of the moment dining, that would be wrong. But help us help you have the experience you deserve by making reservations, whenever you plan to dine.
