Shopping Trip to The Silk Purse - Knoxville, TN - Friday, August, 26, 2011.This shop was one of the stores that was represented at the June Fashion Show during the Member/Guest Golf Tournament. Judy and Mort Gardner have just gone to New York to order fall merchandise which will arrive by the end of August and the summer merchandise will be at reduced prices! Depending on the number of people who want to go, we will work out transportation and who can drive and/or rent a van/bus.
A sign up sheet will be posted outside of the Pro Shop or you can send an e-mail to jandtmcgee@msn.com if you are interested in going on this trip.
We will leave at 8:00 a.m. Friday, August 26 and go through Greenville, TN. This is a 2 1/2 - 3 hour drive. If we go in individual cars, people can return whenever.
I will not respond to your e-mails until after the 15th of Aug.
