The week ahead Jan.30-Feb.1

Hope you'll plan to join us this week at the Club!

Friday, Jan. 30: We will be having our regular "Fridays at Five" from 5-9 p.m. Bring an appetizer to share, if you'd like. We'll plan to show a movie again...members' choice! Bring a movie, or suggest one and we'll try to find it. ($2.00 cover charge).

Saturday, Jan. 31: Back by popular demand... Little Creek Fried Chicken Dinner!
Includes Chicken, Mashed potatoes, Green Beans, Cole Slaw, Cornbread, Cobbler Dessert. Price: $16.00 per person includes cover charge. Please make your reservations at 680-9771 by 5:00 p.m. Thursday. (We need 15 reservations in order to have our meal.)

And don't forget Superbowl Sunday!!! Come see the Pittsburg Steelers vs. The Arizona Cardinals on our large screen TV. Party starts at 5:00, with Chili and Wings and Chips and Dips and Sweets. The cost will be $12.00 per person, which again includes the cover charge. Rumor has it that we'll have some "Board Games"...$$$. Again, please make your reservation by Thursday 5:00 p.m. at 680-9771.

We will be serving dinner this Saturday, January 17, Italian Night. As such, we will extend the deadline for reservations to Friday, Jan 16 at 12 Noon. Please use 828 680 9771.

Dinner: Sat Jan 10

Hi All,

Dinner will not be served this Saturday Jan 10 as we did not achieve the minimum number of reservations.

The Lounge will however open at 5:00 PM as usual. We will close at 7:00 PM if no one arrives.

Clarifications: January Calendar

Hello Everyone,

The last posting here may have been a little confusing.

Here is what's going on in January, 2009.

This flyer will be posted throughout the mountain, (as soon as the rain stops). Tell your friends, help promote our Winter Operations.

The Details
*WLCC will be open to all residents of Wolf Laurel, for the rest of the Winter.
*The Lounge will open each Friday and Saturday at 5:00 PM.
*In the event no one arrives, we will close at 7:00 PM.
*On Fridays, bring an appetizer to share if you wish.
*On selected Saturdays, (January 17 and 31), we will serve dinner.
*Reservations are not required to come to The Lounge.
*For dining, we will need 15 reservations, 48 hours in advance.
*828-680-9771 is where all reservations and inquiries should be directed.
*No other phone lines are operating this Winter.
*Cover Charges: Have been reduced to $2/person on both Fridays and Saturdays.

For Dinners: We need 15 reservations, 48 hours in advance in order to serve any dinners. Please use 828 680 9771.

Happy new year everyone...here we go with 2009.

We plan to open each Friday and Saturday in January at 5:00 PM. Reservations are NOT required to come to The Lounge.

However, if no one has arrived by 7:00 PM on any given night, we will close for the evening.

When dinners are served, please help by making advance reservations where noted below.
